Participation
Apply using your own Thumbish account and accurate creator information. Links activate after approval. We may reject or suspend accounts that abuse the program. Accounts under review, rejected or suspended cannot earn new commissions or receive payouts. Contact support to review a decision.
Commission
Active affiliates earn 20% of eligible paid orders and subscription renewals from attributed new customers. The commission base is the actual amount after discounts and before tax. Payment processing fees do not reduce that base. Free orders earn nothing. Amounts are calculated in USD cents and rounded to the nearest cent for each order. Earnings examples are illustrative and do not guarantee income.
Attribution
A valid first referral link automatically starts a 30-day browser window. The first eligible touch wins. New accounts created in this window are permanently associated with that referral; future eligible orders and renewals remain attributable while the affiliate is active. Existing accounts and self-referrals are ineligible. Blocked cookies, device changes before signup and lost browser data can prevent tracking. Referrals cannot be retrospectively reassigned.
Refunds and adjustments
Full refunds reverse commissions. Partial refunds reduce commissions based on the refunded amount before tax. Refunds after a payout create a balance adjustment against future earnings. Suspected fraud or payment disputes can require a review or suspension before settlement.
Payouts
Each commission has a 30-day holding period. A minimum $50 net available balance and valid payout details are required. Eligible balances are reviewed monthly; an administrator prepares and manually sends the transfer, then records its reference. PayPal, bank and Payoneer details may be submitted, subject to destination availability and verification. Transfer times, currency conversion and receiving-provider fees vary. You are responsible for your payout information and any taxes on your earnings.
Promotion rules
Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly. Share accurate claims and recommendations. Do not self-refer, create fake accounts, send unsolicited spam, impersonate Thumbish, stuff cookies, use misleading discounts or bid on Thumbish branded search terms without permission. Your affiliate link does not automatically give customers a discount.
Customer privacy
Your dashboard shows referred customer display names, signup dates, purchase counts and commission totals. Customer emails, payment details and private workspace content are not shared. You must not attempt to identify or contact customers using referral data.
Changes and support
Program terms may change prospectively. Existing recorded commissions retain their original 20% rate, subject to refund and abuse adjustments. For application, attribution or payout questions, contact support@thumbish.com.
